I have two 12" subs and I am building a new ported box for them. Each sub needs 2 cubic feet (driver displacement included). Can you have a ported box with the subs facing downwards? And, does it matter how I split up the dimensions? As long as I properly position the port, can I make non square-ish box that might be flat, long, or wider than regular ported boxes?
The size of the box makes no difference. Unless u make one F*CKED UP box lol Hell, u can make a star shape box if u felt like it lol. Just make sure the mesurements are right, and go check the box requirements on the website, and everything will be fine.
