I have a 1995 Camry and run two 12" 1221 Type Rs in a ported enclosure powered by an alpine V12 MRD-M501 digital class D amp. They slam and with one of the seats down (I find the camry seats insulate trunk cabin noise very well) they are even better! My hair stands up on end, my radar detector bobs up and down and smacks against my windshield, set the occasional car alarm off, I can't tell what's behind me because my mirrors shake like crazy, & they sound great! This is a setup you may want to consider and isn't to pricey.
