AAH! So i wired up my cap to my audiobahn a6004t 4-channel that powers my four audiobahn components...kickass for what i paid...and when i turned it on, it died, protection light came on...so ichecked wiring, fuses, speaker shorts, etc...everything fine...so i took the cap out a nd rewired, turned it on and nothing but a protection light. Any suggestions?

1. Did you charge the cap up correctly.
2. When you removed the cap did you discharge.
3. WHen you put the cap in your car did you check the voltage wit a voltage meter running from your batter to the cap. and the the cap to the amp. IT should be the same runnin from the battery to the cap and the cap to the amp. BUT the cap to the amp should be a little more
