what do u think check out mtx .com and look the thunder 9500 they compare it to the W7, u have to go to the bottom of the page it says thunder9500 vs JLW7
On the MTX website they compare a 10 inch W7 to a 10 inch 9500. when you get to 12s the JL is better than the MTX. And compareing a 15 inch sub to a 13.5 inch sub is like comparing a 10 and a 12, but i bet the JL is still louder. And damien you where on a roll until i saw the alpine type X in there, it should not be classified with the other subs you listed, yes its a very nice sub but not half as loud, and MTX isnt crap just not the best.
