I was wondering what amp/speakers I should use to get the loudest treble possible for under 150$

pioneer 5-way 6x9s might do the trick.

Infinity Kappa 6.5" separates are known for having very bright tweeters. Pretty much anything using a metal film or neodimium tweeter will be very bright.

avoid cloth or silk dome type tweeters. they tend to be very flat and smooth. softer and not as bright as metal types.

1 PowerAcoustik OV2-400 Gothic Series 2-Channel Amplifier $59.99

hook the tweets up on your rear deck <or> in a series/parallel configuration and connect to your amp and you should be good to go.

good luck and enjoy
