Good mono amp for two 12"solo barics?

What is a good amp that will power both of them. I was lookin at the Audoibahn A1500HCT and the Rockford Fosgate T1001bd. Help me out on what to get. Dont plan on spending more than 600 on the amp.

I have 2 12 L7 DVC 4ohm and i had a 1300HCT mono. audiobahn isn't known in this forum to be outstanding but if your going to go with audiobahn get 2 1300hcts if your 4ohm cause you can make the load 1ohm with parallel/parallel (I think) the price would be a little under 600
