I here alot of good things about each but i'm trying to decide which one to get.i wanted to know which would be better. 2 12" Rf hx2's or 3 JL 10W3's??? I have a Rockford X6 850 watts rms amp dying to be used. Which subs would really rock. i listen to a lot of rap and r&b music, so im going to need a thumper.

i just got 2 rockford punch rfd2210 hx2 10's with the rockford p8002 amp. That means i hav close to 800 watts to each sub and it sounds extreemly good

800 to each sub? How do you figure? I'm not trying to bust your balls, but even at 2ohm I don't think the power actually doubles. I have been wondering about this for a little while. I have an older model RF amp similar to yours. Mine is a Punch 800a2. 200 x 2 @ 4ohm, 400 x 2 @ 2ohm and 800 bridged @ 4ohm. I have mine bridged @ 2ohm.
