First of all my dodge ram has a factory alarm and how do i disable it? the remmote car starter doesn't have a wire for disarming the alarn. Can i just cut the factory alarm wire of? i don't need it anyway. Then do u have a diagram on how to hook up the second ignition wire with a relay?? thx |

I got a mechanic to install the alarm as he has the same model in his car and have installed a few others. The alarm seems to be working however the central locking does not seem to be working.At first it works ok, but after a few hours it will not unlock the door. Any ideas? |

I have had a viper alarm for 2 years and now when I lock and unlock it, the remote still beeps but I can hardly hear the car beep anymore, is this something I should be worried about? Also, when this first started happening, the factory cd player stopped working for a little while, not sure if the problem is related. |
