Right now i have 2 12'' V-Max subs in a 5.9 cubic foot box tuned to a low 28 Hz, I am running a sony 1200w class d amp(shiet i know, next pay check i will replace it). The amp puts out around 300x2 RMS, so it works ok...for the subs....for now. Now heres the question, i have some old aw1000q audiobahn 10''s in my closet, and i was wondering if i should make 2 sealed boxes and put them with the 12's as mid bass...I would prolly just get some cheap amp to run them, since they are shiet to start with. This would be in the back of a 99 ford taurus. My components are stock so the mid to low bass trasition isnt great. I would love some help thankx

I'd rather listen to poor midbass transition than those subs *attempting* to play midbass. Just my opinion, though. I think you'd be better served to just save the money you planned to put on that amp and invest in better front components. You could possibly sell the Audiobahn subs to get some cash for them.
