IDMAX v3. D4 VS IDMAX v3. D2 im plaining to power it with JL Audio 1000/1 and in a seal box. which one do you guys think its better. How did you wire you sub Jonathan?Was it paralle?

Either will work with the JL 1000/1. I'd go with the dual 4
I got the dual 2 ohm and wired it in series, I wanted to present a 4 ohm load to the amp (I originally planned on a Zapco Reference 1100.1 before I got the 1000/1 free) for max headroom and SQ. Either will work well. If you ever wanted to add another sub, you're better off with dual 2 ohm subs, if you plan for just a single sub, then either will work well.

Ah i see. OK. Since my car is pretty small i going to use only 1 sub. Thanks
