Once or twice during a DVD or Blu-ray movie the screen will go grey then black for several moments while the audio continues to play. If we press pause on the Blu-ray remote the picture will come back after a few moments. We can then back it up to where it cut out and resume with no problems. I've replaced the HDMI cable and recently got a new Blu-ray player so those can be ruled out. Sometimes we'll get through a movie without it happening at all. Is anyone else experiencing this problem with this receiver? Any suggestions on what to try next?
