I have TWC 8300HD DVR box. The receiver is connected with digital audio coax. DVD's and Radio are great but when watching high-dev tv shows the backgroud music sometimes gets very loud. It is so disturbing I must turn it down and then can't hear the dialogue or there is background music and sounds drowning it out. I can't find in the manual how to adjust the sound of the speakers. My room is about 25 feet long but the listening area is only about 15 feet wide. I have the front center and sourrounds even with the tv and sit about 15 feet away with the center and surround about 5 feet behind me at ear level. Is this a problem with the Cable? I am thinking about taking the speakers out it is so disturbing.
