I have setup my Onkyo Ht-S770, and am following the advice of many, which is to setup each speaker so that the Level calibration that comes out of each is the same. so I have the fronts at 0db, and the back 3 at 12db. the crossover at 60. My problem is that the voices and audio in the front is now weaker, the speech volume is lessened (my biggest gripe). Is it suppose to be that way? I know the higher the db setting used on the 3 fronts the louder the film gets espcially when it comes to voices. I know I set the calibration right because the sound coming through all the speakers is the same. I want the best possible audio quality from this system as possible ( I got all monster cable, and wire). Any possible advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
