i f*ckin love these shoes. could wear em all day. i have 3 different pairs. low-top brown low-top black on black and high-top black on black (dont wear these tho.) lol
I don't have a particular favorite. I get most of my daily/casual shoes at ALDO or DSW. Don't really care what brand, as long as I like the style and how they fit.
I have some chuck highs I wear when I lift cause they're nice and flat so they won't f@#$ with my posture when DLing and squatting. I don't care for them as casual shoes though, they're too tight. My feet are wider than average at the base of the toes. They look like flippers.
I USED to be picky about footwear, like most youths. However when you cross over into middle age land the price stops to impress you and you just want sneaks to fit right and last.
My work boots don't have to be Timberlands and my sneaks don't have to cost a C note.
New Balance has been my choice over the last 10 years and I have to say a $30 pair of shoes can do you just as well as those $100 ones.
Another thing I love now that I never did is house shoes or slippers. What a great invention they were lol.
let's see... 2 for wear around, a pair for running, pair for drumming, sandals for hot days, and of course boots in uniform. i don't really have a favorite pair. my gf literally has around 50+ pairs of JUST flip flops. ridiculous.
Flip flops.... Reefs to be specific. I literally wear them EVERYWHERE. I will put them on, drive to physical therapy, put my nikes on, come outta PT and put my reefs back on.
I only have reefs, work boots, nikes and new ballances.
I like to wear my DVS shoes when the Chuck's start to hurt my feet as well, Ehren. I too have a wide foot, but i wear my Chuck's with the laces so loose that i guess they stretched out.
Yeah that makes sense, but I also have a thing with wanting my sneakers to be tight on my feet. Some brands actually make wide sizes to accommodate wide-footed gentlemen such as myself, which is cool. So instead of just 10 it'll say 10W or 10wide.
I can't stand flip flops. I never ever wear them. I'm the only one. I have to wear sneakers no matter how hot it is outside. If I'm at the beach or the pool or whatever I'll just be barefoot, you won't catch me in flip flops.
Well i didn't know we had a bunch of girls on the forum haha
My shoes were $20 at walmart... the last pair was $10 at walmart and lasted 5 years... worn everyday.. hell i only have one sneakers and one pair of dress shoes thats it. They fit fine so why would i need anything "better".. whos gonna be lookin at your feet, really...
