Well I decided to keep with the black theme and paint my rims black yesterday. Ended up being a really long day seeing as I bought three cans of "flat black" and two ended up being gloss black. I painted the driver side flat black and the passenger side, which got painted second, came out glossy. I had to take off the driver side and redo that in the gloss too. I ended up liking the gloss A LOT better so it worked out good.

My friend had worked from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and came straight to my house so around 12 we moved outta the garage because of the paint fumes and about two mins after moving out he knocked ouy. He had been up since 3 p.m. the day before.

Im not feeling it.

I respect the effort, but it looks too unicolor. imo.

I would have them glass beaded for a flat metal look. Are they Magnesium or aluminum?

And good friend. lol. What not GF helping you? j/k

I just like black. I had my cherokee blacked out, and this one has the headlights black, tails black, windows tinted 5% over 20% and when I get the money the fender flares will be bedlined black.

As for the friend he normally helps me when I need it but he's mainly there so Im not by myself. I like to have someone to joke and carry on with

I like it man. Blacked out ftw. Good to see someone who hasn't jumped on the gaudy chrome rim fad.

Looks better than stock that's for sure. It looks more rugged now. Looks good in my opinion and you didn't shell out a lot of money for new wheels. Hopefully that paint stays on there though.

I love my frontier. I like the second and first gens. The first gens are faster than mine but you can't go wrong with nissan/infinity

Yeah. The rims on my jeep cost me 35 bucks each and these cost me about 35 for all for plus a day of work. Im not spending 500-1k on rims that Im going to take off road and worry about scratching. If I scratch these, a trip down to Car Quest, 8 bucks for paint and an hour of work and there back to new.

honestly man, i think it will look sick when you get black side panels and everything else black, but with all due respect, i personally think it looks like complete dog sh1t as is.
