Yeah I bought into a home security system for my home. Free equipment to boot also. Paid an additional $175 for "pet immune" motion sensors. Didn't work. The first few times our cats set the alarm off the police didn't mind. Then we were threatened with fines. We disconnected it. 3 year contract had to be signed to get the "free" faulty equipment. Couldn't get anyone to respond to dozens of calls/messages about the bad gear. We ended up just using the door chime feature. All for about $1800 in monitor fees and additional sensors. Be afraid, be very afraid ppl. |

This is a GE, product and they are a well respected company, so there is no need for your negative comments. Your past experience in home security shows, it's not your area of expertise. It belittles the intent and the holiday. "Merry Christmas, buy my stuff!" The company I chose was Slomin's shield. The "salseman" sounded just like you. "You won't be disappointed" and "how much is your family worth to you?" To tell you the truth John the equipment you show looks pathetic compared to what they installed in my house and that was 10 years ago. And if you want I can HAVE this thread deleted if you feel it embarrasses you enough. "Your past experience in home security shows, it's not your area of expertise." That's the funniest of all John. You're pushing your stuff in the OT section of an ecoustical forum. Don't you have real estate contacts you can grease to get leads on potential suckas, urr, I mean customers? I've already wasted too much time with this.  |
