I agree to many comments and the horrible experiences above regarding the pathetic service received from WatchIndia team. First of all they take not less than 20 minutes to answer your call. During that time you get to hear "Do you know you are able to ... whatever... on WatchIndia".. What they have not recorded there, which is a fact is "Do you know that only idiots subscribe to WatchIndia", "Do you know we have no seniors who can take a decision", "Do you know we don't provide channels you are wanting to watch, though you have subscribed for", "Do you know you have to wait for more than 20 minutes to hear our voice", "Do you know we don't resolve your issues though you are adamantly waiting " I really feel I have been cheated because I am not getting what I paid for. I paid $220 for nothing.. The most irritating thing is the way the representatives speak and treat you. I have never been so critical on any product or service I have bought, but am terribly disappointed with this service. I suggest that anyone should seriously opt for Dish / Direct / Cable. This might be slightly costlier, but they treat like a human being and they live upto their promise. I have a few of my colleagues who have gone for these other options after hearing to the comments from me and a couple of others who fell into this trap a couple of months ago.
