Running two ultras on WF with PFTAUSW-100320U.file. Both units were running ok until few days ago one stopped working. I suspect the problem is with one of the WF, that no longer works on any of the boxes while the other works good on both. Any one can help in this regard?
You have already found the problem. The one that is not working is deffective. If you already excluded incomaptibility beteween your viewsat and this particular unit, and you have excluded the possibility of a deffective Viewsat. It was working and is not working now. I am sure youi have tried all the software remedies, and am pretty certain that it is a hardware deffect. if you can return it for an exchange or refund, that would be your best bet.
