I am not satellite savvy and need help! We have to move our dish to Galaxy 19 and we don't know the pin code on our Ariza Ultra 500 receiver. I have tried 0000 and it doesn't work. How do you change or get a new number to be able to access the set up menu etc.? I've tried everything I can think of, and have obviously ended up here. Can anyone help please? THANK YOU!!!
