Sada, mine does the same since last night. It was working perfectly all along. It is still down. Using the latest (Sep 9) 203 file for Pro. Also, can you explain why currentbins dor com has 3 red faces for KB Pro?
I have unplugged the hub plugged back in nothing still same message" module is not connected" have in network mode I have shut it down for a couple of hours and booted it back up still nothing I am also using 203 file (Sept 9)
SAM: After struggling just like you - I found the solution:
Go to http://kboxkhub.org/ Download K-Hub Activation 2.0 Unzip the files to your USB Stick. Put the KBox OFF, then plug the stick into your receiver and then power the box ON. The box will show the directory of your USB Stick on the TV Screen. Then navigate to the file FT_a1.25_up(p).rom and press OK on your remote. It will copy the file to your receiver - do not power the receiver OFF during this time. Now after it completes, it will automatically reboot. Now go back to same Website and download and install the latest file203-20090909 for your receiver. Now you are good to watch TV to your heart's content!
Nice to see people helping each other for a change..with no bashing or arrogance...now thats what this hobby is all about...and this site should be like all the time..good teamwork guys...
joca u need a serial cable in order to do this.. if u have plus use the one that u use for khub.. i am not sure if pro comes with serial cable. this will only work with serial /loader cable
If your receiver has a H1 error on your led display, this is how to fix it.
1: Down load factory file and K1 Plus loader and unzip the following.
Link for Factory File: http://www.dssrookie.com/forums/b-fo...le-223630.html
2: Connect RS232 cable to the receiver and plug the power cord from the receiver into the wall with the main power source off on the receiver.
3: Open the loader on your desk top. Locate the factory file with the browse button on the loader.
4: Now have your finger on the rear power button. Click it to the on position. When you see the H1 error appear on the display. Click CONNECT on the loader immediately. This may take a few tries but the receiver will eventually accept the file.
5: Load the latest file and reconnect the receiver back up to the your t.v.
6: Adjust all your dish settings and your good to go. __________________

so how did it work for you joca? did u try the obove steps because u said box won't even turn on, so how did u switch to network mode,if ur rec can't even turn on.. just curious..
yes sada I did the steps you told me. But every time you put the Factory bin,you have to change from Standalone mode to Network mode, that why before dont work.
