Note all satellites settings, do a total factory default, load the factory bin from captiveworks.com then load the latest bin, now rescan all your satellites.

I don't know why Chumley aka LK always interferes when others are trying to help. She is always trying to run Plymouth and other helpers down. I have warned her ad ozen times that her style of getting rid of the helpers is not welcome any more at Ecoustics.
