Buying a new receiver

What would you recommand? (not too expansive around Vsat platinum, HD too expansive). Second, I have dish with 2 LNB: 110, 119. What is the difference and Can I have more channels with more LNB? I notices I have no GOLTV on 119&110. I will appreciate any help. Thank you
