P.U.F.F PPV on 8.1 unwatchable

Runninig Latest P.U.F.F., the PPVs on 8.1 are freezing/no signal acting as though signal quality is low. I re-flashed the bin, AR is off, nothing seems to help. It is only the PPVs on 8.1 which are a problem. Any ideas?
