Hooking up DP with VS ultra

What's best way of hooking up a DP Twin LNBF (119/110) and a DP dual LNBF (61.5) to two VS ultras? So far I found that I can use a DP34 switch. Does one need a power inserter or the stbs are providing sufficient juice to the LNBs? Thanks.
