Ok I have a Viewsat Ultra Viewsat Pro and Dish 311 Dp 34 switch. Also I am pointed to 91 nimiq 1 82 nimiq 2 and 118.7/119 using the digiwave Lnb. I am getting all the channels from 91 and 82 but only half from 118.7/119. quality is 79%.. My cable from the DP 34 goes to the back of Viewsat Ultra (lnb) and out from Viewsat ultra goes to the Dish sub. Can someone please shed some light why am i getting only half channels from 119/118.7? Thanks in Advance....
Explain better...you have 1 dish, 3 LNB's 82-91-118/119, but only 2 cables into the DP34 switch?...something not right, unless using a TWIN Dish Pro LNB on 82 and 91, and a DP LNB on the 118/119...and I expect you have 2 cables to the 2 Viewsat receivers FROM the DP 34 switch output...and what about your settings in receiver?
Ok i have 2 dishes.. One has Twin LNB feeding 82/91 and a Superdish with Digiwave lnb Circular/Linear 118.7/119. Dp 34 Input= Port 1 119/118.7 Port 2= 91 Port 3= 82 Dp 34 output 1= VS ultra output 2= Viewsat Pro.. now viewsat ultra and sub run from the same cable. meaning loop out method.. I get all channels from 82 and 91 but only half from 118.7/119.. Receiver settings are LNB type standard Lnb freq 10750 and diseq ports are 1=119/118.7 2= 91 Port 3=82
ok i called dish to send someone over and tweak the dish. It would be better to have everything dp.. You guys think it would be better to get a dp 44 switch than dp 34?
