272 puff bin took.....set up sat.....channels came in prefectly....then recv cut off by itself.....when it came back on it posted puff and then -75- where it just sits no menu or remote recognition.....do i need to reload factory bin....reconvert to puff.....or can i try to reload puff bin as is....??
