Yes that is the correct loader and latest file...BUT the file is NO GOOD NOW...we have an ECM in progress and U need to wait for Coo*lsat to release a newer file..

PROGRAMMING THE C*oolSAT 8000HD A. Installing the Firmware Step 1 o Ensure the CSReceiver is off, rear switch is in OFF position o Run the CSUpgrade_v3.01 o Select the following settings and : �� MODE -- Download �� TYPE - Firmware, channels �� SERIAL PORT -- match the number assigned by your USB/Serial �� Click BROWSE and find CS8000HD_11169A.sgn �� Click OPEN PORT and go to the next Step Step 2 o Turn CSReceiver on from the rear switch o When 'ld" starts flashing on the screen the receiver enters the Loading mode and can accept programming. Click START in the CSUpgrade_v3.01 loader. If you missed it try again. o DO NOT INTERRERUPT THE DOWNLOADING PROCCESS, or turn OFF the receiver during transfer, the receiver's EEPROM could sustain MAJOR DAMAGE. Wait for the downloading process to complete and the CSReceiver to boot by itself. o DO not use the PC or Laptop while transferring data. Close all other applications. The transfer will take a lot of physical resources, it could stall or dump physical memory (blue screen) which will stop the transfer and hard boot the receiver in the downloading mode. B. Installing the BIN files Step 3 o Ensure the CSReceiver is off, rear switch is in OFF position o Run the CSUpgrade_v3.01 o Select the following settings and : �� MODE -- Download �� TYPE - Firmware, channels �� SERIAL PORT -- match the number assigned by your USB/Serial �� Click BROWSE and find CS8000HD_11163F.sgn �� Click OPEN PORT and go to the next Step Step 4 o Turn CSReceiver on from the rear switch o When 'ld" start flashing on the screen the receiver enters the Loading mode and can accept programming. Click START in the CSUpgrade_v3.01 loader. Page 2 C. Installing Key Extractor and load the keys. Step 5 o Install KeyUpdate v8.2.8 on your PC and run it. This will pull or update the running keys into a file Keys.key. You can check it by opening it with WorldPad or NotePAd o If you receive error messages of missing files when attempting to run KeyUpdate v8.2.8 install KeyUpdate Support Files v6.8.5+ o Open CS8000 Key Loader V1.0. and �� Select your COM Port �� Click CONNECT �� Click DOWNLOAD �� Search for the Key.key file in KeyUpdate V.8.2.8 folder o Turn CSReceiver on from the rear switch. It will take only one second to transfer keys. When message DOWNLOAD COMPLETE comes on reboot CSReceiver
