Buy the HD Receivers question?

Viewsat9000HD -if watch Bell HD Channel, is it no need to install 8psk. How about watch dish network HD, is it need to install? Diamond 9000HD - which already build-in 8psk, can i watch HD channel with both dish? But that no update file provide. So which one you prefer to buy?
