Once the STB front panel goes to "0 0 0 0?, you may turn off the Viewsat STB... Using Loader2, again find the "Current Bin file" to program your Viewsat STB using the standard Loader2 procedure... Once the STB front panel goes to "0 0 0 0?, it is safe to turn off the Viewsat STB... If you have a special "satinfo.sat" satellite file, use Loader2 and the standard data transfer procedure to transfer that data from your PC to Viewsat STB. The Viewsat STB should now be back in good working condition... If not, you've lost nothing by trying and should try this multiple times before giving up. |

Bronze Member Username: Deptrai_cachonPost Number: 48 Registered: Jan-08 | sorry i;m very new to this .. i tried to load bin pftausw-080311u.zip lastnight.. and it froze... so I turned off the main switch in the back .. and now this is what happen my vs is not turn on now ... when try to turn on the main switch in the back .. the light in front show "---- " and the TV screen said " NO SIGNAL " so how can I load the Loader2 . .do I use the cable or usb >>?? will it work with the blank screen ?? and where can I get loader2 ?? |

Post Number: 2100 Registered: Oct-07 | Ken, download the loader,you need this to download files to your receiver next download factory file 132 and unzip it hook up your receiver with cable to pc keep receiver turned OFF now open loader and bring the unzipped file into loader now press pc to stb and turn your receiver ON do Not do anything until the download finishes. once that is done download latest bin and unzip it again with receiver OFF open loader and bring that file into loader and press pc to stb and turn receiver ON wait until it finishes then turn receiver OFF and hook up to tv and connect all cables and turn receiver on if you have any problems post here and i will give you step by step instructions |
