Hi I live in an apartment and I can't go to the roof and check my LNB, my question is: Is there anyway to check from your receiver what LNB do I have and if this will work to catch the 118.75 sat?

It most likely wont. Might ask manager if its recently had a convertion upgrade recently. The lnb that gets both 119/118 is bigger looking like a big eye if its sitting between 2 single lnb's
