I think my pansat 2700A is dead. How can I Bring it back to life?

I dont know if is dead but i cant download file to my pansat I try more than 10 cable from NULL MODEM to Stright cable nothing but i can open my pansat but i always have BAD SCRAMBLE CHANNEL
