Hi i have a viewsat extreme running the latest BIN 080114 I have been having this channel problem for the last few bins actually.
Essentially i get everything working but do not get all channels. I am using Echosar 3 61.5W - ( i am not really sure what that even means buts its the satellite that is checked when i go to antenna setup)
basically in the past i would copy over the new bin then do an auto scan adn everything would be great but as i said last few times some channels are missing specificaly channels such as ary 621 / ptv 616 / indus 678 / zee sports 567 like right now when i go to guide from 620 it jut goes straught to 642
what i have tried so far - i have tried scanning the sat again a number of times.
someone told me to try a blind vertical scan - i did that as well but all that did was make every channel come twice but did not add all the missing channels..
if any of you have had this problem or can guide me as to some troule shooting steps i would appreciate it thanks so much
