Did a factory reset, loaded bin, another reset (I always do it that way), reloaded my channel list (channel master), turned off auto roll and CC, watching TV. About every ten minutes (sometimes sooner) I get the 'scrambled bad channel' message. It stays out for about two minutes, and then back on. I have a converted FLU to 2700 receiver. |

Silver Member Username: DimwittPost Number: 302 Registered: Aug-06 | To convert 2500 or FLU or QSAT to take the modified 2700 files, follow the instructions below: 1. Download the latest modified file. It will have "jvvh" in the title and will have the same version number as the latest file for pansat 2700's. Alternately, you can use Chancysand "Lightning" series files, likewise having the same version number as the latest 2700 files, followed by a "T". 2. Download the 205 file (included here). Unzip it and copy to a folder you can use for this. Unzip and copy the latest file to the same folder. 3. Run Blacklist loader 1.4 (stickied at the top of this forum). Browse to the 205 file you copied and pasted in your folder, and select it (with "bin" selected in the radio buttons). 4. Connect your 2500/FLU to your computer via your straight-through cable. The receiver is off. Turn it on with the rear switch, and on the first light in the display, click write bin on the loader. Let it load all the way, but don't do anything, it's gonna go to knightrider, then it will reboot--dont do anything yet! Wait for B-75 to scroll, then hang forever on the "5" then it will reboot again. 5. It is converted! Now, turn off the receiver, and select the latest bin in your loader. Load it the same way, by turning receiver on and then write bin when you see the first light. Wait until it completes the load: until it hangs on the last 5 of the B-75 and reboots. 6. Connect to TV, factory default, setup, scan, let roll, and watch TV. [link removed] |
