VIEWSAT EXTREME ISSUE HELP

I was away all night and it was on. I just loaded the new program and all I have is 4 dotted lines in the front. No on or channels or anything. What happened to me?

I am getting nothing at all. It's not even allowing me to get into the receiver to load channels.
