Is there anyway to use headphones on my TV if it has no phone jack just RCA ports? Any adaptor or way to convert the speakerwire to an rca?

Buy yourself some wireless headphones. They use rca jacks.

Dave, you fail to mention whether those "RCA ports" are inputs or outputs. Or do you have both?

There is a product that Logitech makes for adapting game consoles for their speaker sets which takes the L/R RCA audio outputs and converts them into a standard 1/8 audio jack that you'll be able to connect a pair of headphones into. I've only ever used it for the console deal, but I'm willing to bet that you'll be able to hook up such an item to a TV's RCA out jacks.
