After the last key change, my friends 3500 lost all its signal from the dish. It's not dead, just no signal. Other boxes work fine when plugged into same dish so it's nothing to do with dish angle, connections etc. Also the receiver settings haven't changed. Anyone with same problem? I recommended the pansat to him when he bought it so I feel like sh1t especially if it can't be fixed. Shoulda bought a viewsat.
Thanks LK. Should have mentioned that the other receivers we tested the dish with were a 2700 and vs plat. We tried flashing with factory B-80, then newest bin, nothing worked. I've read elsewhere that others were having similar problems, but most 3500s are working fine.
