On my Pansat 2500a clone, (286T bin), I do not get a prompt to download the program guide when connected only to DN 61.5, but when I connect the receiver to DN 110/119 bin it prompts to download progam guide. How can manually download the program guide without power on/off.

I do not get the message at all on 286t.
the previous bin had the message comeup.
