Colin, click menu on the remote, select installation, select factory default....please remember this will delete all your channels.
Also, load factory bin 2068 before reloading the new bin you want to load. Make sure you give enough time to reboot the mechine itself after installtion. Do not turn off the receiver unless u r absolutely sure the bin is loaded and the stb reset itself.

1. unzip the files in a viewsat folder 2. click on the program " loader 2 " 3. click " open files" 4. go to the directory where you keep your files and select 5. click on tool, click on configuration -select comm port 6. click off file 7.click pc>stb then plug in your viewsat power. 8. once it is completed, the program will say "0000" 9.power off your viewsat. 10. connect your vsat to your tv and enjoy 11. read your user manual.
if you have a DP LNB then this is your setup. if other than DP select "standard" for the LNB .....
