I have some problem with my Vortex 3500S (pansat clone). Only thing i get is a standby yellow light, tried remote & direct buttons, power on/off fro several hours.. but still no luck. Can't see anything on the unit display screen or on TV. I found this out yesterday, unit has been sitting like this for sometime i guess.
Is there anyway to factory reset or hard rest this unit. And also what is a "Jtag". please help me.
I tried user manual, company website is down (i now know why..!) no other support available. Any help / suggestion would be appreciated.
