If you haven't touched your dish, then I would suspect your setup isn't correct.

If so, is the satellite set up correctly in terms of lnb type and switch settings? I'm assuming your DN sats are okay, but not your FTA sats. When you load a new bin, you loose all of your satellite settings as well as channels.
