Hi, I have a pansat 2700A and i am getting the message "Scrambled or Bad Channel" when ever i turn on my television. I do not know what the problem is and how to fix it. Is it a new BIN file? If it is what is it and where do i download it. Does it have someting to do with new keys? If it does, can you give me the keys and also tell me were to install them. I have tried reading other threads but i still didn't get any definate answer and i am confused. I use the following sattelites: Echo 3 and Echo 7. I have panstat 2700A. Please reply and if there is any more information needed, just simple say what info is needed. Thanks in advance.
