Lava sat 3200 ( loader and bin file ) ... please

I am going to install bin file for lava sat 3200 but i do not have any idea about bin file and loader ..So please which is the fit bin file and loader for lavasat 3200.. I am so interest to watch dish network channels (Echo 1, 2 - 148 West).....
