Please read it, maybe take it to the beach and work on your tan?? Pay particular attention to page 13 '5.3 How to delete channels'.

have manual in front of me when go to delete only one channel shows up instead of 2 or3 channels

can I set defalt key and rescan to take care of problem

You could delete all channels and rescan, that would get rid of all the dup channels.
If you had a channel list installed prior to deleting the channels they will not show up the same as they used to.
As an example, my channel list has been modified using an external software program, so if I look at a channel say 100 on E*8 it says '100 Dish Info' or something like that. If I delete the channel and scan it back in it would just say 'HOME', or whatever it is.
