FINE TUNING DISH

Does anyone know where I can find a list of TRANSPONDERS to fine tune according to where you live. I have heard that if you fine tune a certain channel or transponder, it will give you excellent signal on all channels. For example....if your transponder is 14, and you can get TP 14 to have 90% Signal and 99% Quality, then other channels on different transponders....say TVG on TP 74 will have 99%. There has gotta be a way to get good signal on all channels by fine tuning a certain TP. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Why not just do a blind scan :/?

I did do that, but some channels are pixelated and have less quality than others. Anything I can try?

A better LNB and a better receiver. For example I have about a 5-10% quality loss on some TP's when using pansat, while viewsat's signal stays strong between a 90-99% mark.

I can understand the satellite dish....but not the receiver. I know theres gotta be a transponder you hit and fine tune with. I have seen it posted before but can't find it anymore.
