The 960 gets great reviews everywhere, but is no longer available from Sony. It seems it is replaced by the 970, but it seems the 970 has fewer features than the 960.
i dont have much experience with bravia's but i have a grand WEGA thats about a year and a half old, and ive NEVER had a single problem with it. after watching HD for at least 6 hours a day for a year, the picture is stiull as beatiful as the day i bought it. for LCD sony cant be beat. i can only imaging how nice the bravia technology is since its a step up from mine. id recommend anything from sony specially the new line of bravia's on the 60" SXRD if you got some spare $$$ :-)
