yes, I know the ZTE and it is not very user friendly and has plenty of bugs. I tried it for a month and it turns on and off on its own. Loses data and memory is very unreliable. I hated it. Avoid it at all costs.
and let me add that the touch screen of that phone is not very responsive and is prone to error responses. Maybe it needs a stylus, because it does not respond well to finger banging.
