When i'm starting my jukebox, this message displays : "unable to load files! reset unit to resume operation. upgrade lyraHD files if problem persists.", and then the jukebox shut down. So I followed the message but when i plugged my mp3 player to my computer, it wasn't recognized anymore (even by deleting and reinstalling the lyra application and driver).
Is it a software or a hardware problem ? Please send any help you can.

Yeah i have the same problem and im pretty pissed my life was on that thing!
