Water proof or water resistant?
Music for the fish in the pond?

Apparently the "water speakers" are powered by the USB connection from the source device. So you run a USB cable from the computer to the speakers. If your amp has a USB port, use it from a second USB port on the computer. If there's no USB on the amp, use your headphone output to run to the AUX input of the amp.

This seems fairly easy to accomplish. If you run into problems, give the retailer a call or call the speaker's customer assistance line. I doubt your phone has enough outputs to work as a source player however.
