New receiver set-up has a strange issue. Have all audio and video inputs and outputs set to HDMI, and using only HDMI cables. MCACC accomplished. Control is Off. DVR and BD are only components plugged into receiver now. single HDMI cable to HD Plasma. DVR plays fine=audio through receiver speakers and HD video. BD--no video, but sound to receiver speakers. Tried other HDMI slots--no change. Got any ideas what I'm missing? Have read other threads saying this receiver is easy to set up. Ack.
