I'm new to the whole HT and am considering mating a Harman Kardon AVR 225 receiver with one of the following: Bose Acoustimass 10 series II Energy Take 5 Athena 5 Point 5 MKII + sub
Would anyone know which speakers match best with HK Receivers?
In addition, I'm debating whether or not to spend the extra $$ for the HK AVR 325.

If you can afford it get the 325. More power, and its 7.1 channels vs. the 5.1 225. Either Athena or Energy speakers would be fine but stay away from the Bose. Its no secret Bose speakers are sub par. Either way, athena and energy both make excellent speakers for the money.
